Participants will leave the workshop with their own completed prints, newfound skills, and the confidence to continue lino printing at home. Whether you’re looking to start a new hobby or expand your artistic repertoire, this workshop offers the opportunity to delve into the art of lino printing.

All materials, including linoleum blocks, cutting tools, inks, and papers, will be provided.
Please bring your own image to work from.
If needed, we also have images in the studio that you can work from. -
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided.

Guidelines and Disclaimers
Your safety and ours is important. Our workshops are intended to be safe, fun, and relaxing events. The following health and safety guides are to ensure the safety and well-being of all.
Workshop Guidelines:
1. A safety briefing will start every workshop.
2. Work safely, following the guidance given for working with engraving and cutting tools, printing presses and all equipment being used on the day.
4. Drypoint, mezzotint, and engraving use sharp tools to incise lines in metal plates. Care must be taken with these types of processes to hold and use these tools as instructed.
5. Have fun!Safety Rules:
Hair needs to be tied back when working with the printing presses.
The hot plate and printing presses have special operating instructions. Only operate the presses and hot plate after instruction and when it is your turn.
Sensible footwear must be worn in the print studios. No open toed shoes to keep your toes safe!
Always cut away from yourself.
When possible, clamp down plates to avoid slippage.
Do not attempt to use the printing presses without your tutor.
Remain at your designated working area whilst the printing presses are in use unless it is your time to work with the press.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is acceptable up to 12 days before the workshop, or in emergencies.
We reserve the right to reschedule workshops should the need arise but will endeavour to replace the tutor before considering rescheduling.Disclaimer:
